“I love photographing weddings. They are always great fun and no two are ever the same!”       

Over the last ten years Lloyd Dobbie has photographed hundreds of weddings. From a lavish ceremony on the banks of Loch Lomond with more than 300 guests in attendance, to a wedding where the bride and groom married secretly on their own in a castle and asked him to be a witness, each one has been unique.

His enthusiasm, discretion and, of course, the outstanding quality of his work ensures that he is always in demand throughout the year. His clients hire him for his natural shooting style and often comment that on the day they don’t notice him working.

Virtually all of Lloyd's commissions are via referrals; either from previous clients or one of the many Wedding Planners that recommend his services. Other wedding professionals also endorse the quality of his photography; the top florists, caterers and cake makers are all happy to see their work captured in Lloyd’s signature style.

Lloyd enjoys a great working relationship with his clients, not just on the wedding day but during the build up and afterwards as well.

They know that he will always make himself available to answer any questions they may have whether related to the photography or other matters; one of the benefits of years of wedding experience is a very good contacts book!

Lloyd also works with a team of associates including camera assistants, additional photographers, retouchers and designers meaning he can offer you a comprehensive service tailored to your needs.

It is Lloyd’s aim to produce a collection of images that you can look at in ten years time and say, “that’s what our wedding day was like!”
